Thalia at Ichiban was amazing! She was super sweet and tentative to our table for our whole visit! We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It was our first time here and we will be returning soon!

Customer service was great. They even made provisions for fixing some things on our meal that we forgot to tell them not to add (allergies). I would strongly recommend it.Thalia was great, make sure you ask for her. She was attentive and kind.

Good food, fun atmosphere, and even better customer service!! Our waitress Brianna was super friendly and very attentive. We were celebrating our engagement and she congratulated us multiple times and gave us fried ice cream to celebrate :) The sushi chef was very nice and friendly and made us a cute plate with a fancy orange as a gift. 10/10, will definitely be back!!

So I have been to the location in Sterling Heights and today I had the opportunity to visit the location out in Taylor. Everything was consistent. The service was excellent, the food tasted just as good and the ambiance was impressive. The windows are tinted and the lights are soft so you feel like invited to sit and have a meal which was a nice touch. I was greeted by the store manager Kyon as soon as I walked in and was seated at the bar. The chairs were clean, the bar was clean, the floor was clean everything was clean lol. My server was Rose and she was wonderful, she took care of me throughout my entire meal. I ordered the lunch special with fried rice, mushroom and onion soup and the gyoza. All of it came out PIPING hot. The soup was delicious. I enjoy the salad as well but the soup is a personal favorite of mine. The gyoza were also cooked and seasoned well. The lunch special was excellent. I got a healthy amount of vegetables along with chicken, fried rice and two really nice sauces on the side. Everyone was incredibly inviting and accommodating. The Hibachi chef did a excellent job both at cooking and entertaining! The Waitresses did an excellent job serving and making sure everything was properly set. Was a really nice experience and I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend best place to anybody who likes to eat out!
